Open Heart Oxymel

What is an oxymel? Simply a mix of honey and vinegar- an ancient way to make medicine that doesn't require alcohol. In this recipe, motherwort, red raspberries, borage flowers, chamomile, yarrow flowers and lemon balm are infused in apple cider vinegar, topped with raw honey. Motherwort is wonderful medicine for the heart center and the energies that course through. Lemon balm to calm calm calm us in these uncertain times, lending levity to assist the seasonal blues. Borage flower energetically calls us towards courage. This oxymel is delicious on its own, or try some in sparkling water or use in a salad dressing!
